These terms apply to your use of mojosclub.com and to joining the Mojo's Club pet owner or partner waitlist. The website is run by Mojo's Club Inc. ("Mojo's Club", "we", "us"). By using the site or joining a waitlist, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Our services aren't live yet
Mojo's Club is preparing to launch in Los Angeles. The services described on this site are planned and may change before launch. Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee that a service will be available to you, in your area, at a particular price or by a particular date.
We can't help with pet emergencies yet. If your pet needs urgent care, contact your veterinarian or your nearest emergency animal hospital.
2. Joining the waitlist
You must be at least 18 to join. Please give us your own email address and accurate details. When you join, we'll send you a confirmation and occasional updates about Mojo's Club. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or by emailing hello@mojosclub.com.
3. Partner waitlist
Joining the partner waitlist tells us you're interested in working with Mojo's Club. It doesn't create a partnership, employment relationship, contract or any obligation for either of us. Any partnership will be set out in a separate written agreement.
4. Independent providers
When we launch, Mojo's Club will coordinate services carried out by independent providers, such as vets, groomers, sitters and drivers. Separate terms will apply to those services, and we'll share them before you book.
5. Using the site
Please don't:
- sign up other people without their permission, or submit false or automated sign-ups;
- try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
- scrape or copy the site's content in bulk;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
We may remove sign-ups or block access that breaks these rules.
6. Our content
The Mojo's Club name, logo, text, images and video on this site belong to Mojo's Club or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reuse our content or branding without our written permission.
7. Links to other sites
The site links to our Instagram and Facebook pages and may link to other sites. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of other sites, and their own terms apply when you use them.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the site, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing on the site is veterinary advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Mojo's Club will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or the waitlist will not exceed $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when our services launch. We'll change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply.
